One of 30 leaders selected for the prestigious Bush Fellowship, receiving up to $150,000 to strengthen leadership capacity and advance equitable, community-driven change across the region.
Catalyst for Systems Change is proud to announce that Executive Director Khalique Rogers has been named a 2026 Bush Fellow by the Bush Foundation, joining a class of 30 outstanding leaders selected from across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and 23 affiliated Native nations.
The Bush Fellowship is among the most competitive leadership investments in the region. Each year, up to 30 Fellows are selected and receive up to $150,000 over two years to pursue a self-designed plan focused on growing their leadership capacity and creating equitable, large-scale change. Fellows are chosen for their proven track record of impact, bold vision, and deep commitment to community.
Khalique Rogers is a policy and civic leadership organizer who has spent his career building pathways for young people to shape public policy. As founder of Good Riddance and Executive Director of Catalyst for Systems Change, he convenes students, educators, policymakers, and community leaders across Minnesota to surface challenges, develop solutions, and translate ideas into legislation. Through this work, hundreds of young people have written op-eds, drafted policy proposals, and testified at the State Capitol.
