Empowering Voices, Transforming Communities
The Changemakers Program is a dynamic initiative designed to empower youth, families, and communities to create systemic change. Through hands-on training, leadership development, and policy advocacy, participants learn how to amplify their voices and turn their lived experiences into actionable solutions. CSC also works with policymakers to help them understand the value of listening to and learning from the insights and priorities of young people

Purpose:
Helping students find their place in their community through culture-focused civic education, empowering them to make the world better than they found it.

Theory of Change:
When underrepresented, undervalued, and unrecognized talent participates, they produce measurable improvements and develop citizenship skills that build confidence in navigating systems and influencing change.

Program Components:

  • Vision Mapping: Helps participants define and document their vision for change.

  • Systems Analysis: Teaches participants to research systems and processes that help or hinder progress.

  • Strategic Action Planning: Guides participants in creating actionable steps to impact individuals and institutions.

  • Project Management and Design Thinking: Provides tools to turn ideas into solutions and measurable outcomes.
